SERVICE CHARGES
Bachmann Europe Plc., issue a Service Charge for models received in their Service Department that are either out of warranty or are supplied without good supporting evidence proving the validity of warranty.
The charges being applied are:
Bachmann would like to urge retailers and end customers to ensure that all Warranty paperwork, is fully completed and supported by a bona-fide receipt. Where a warranty form is not available, the customer should have a bona-fide sales receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to provide such evidence may incur unnecessary costs to owners of models.
